Recruitment Specialist @ Metro Pacific Water Solutions | Fostering connection, Hiring with a vision About the Role: We are seeking a Project Controls Engineer to join our PMC Support Team for the Metro Pacific Water (MPW) – Ardurra Project. The role is vital in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of project milestones through robust planning, scheduling, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: Develop, update, and maintain the master project schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Monitor EPCOM Contractor’s progress, productivity, and schedule adherence. Prepare baseline and progress S-curves; report schedule deviations to the Project Manager. Coordinate with Construction, Quantity Surveying, and Contracts teams for cost-schedule integration. Conduct variance and trend analyses; recommend recovery or acceleration strategies. Support KPI tracking, Earned Value Analysis (EVA), and project forecasting. Maintain dashboards, progress charts, and monthly management reports. Ensure project control processes comply with Ardurra and MPW reporting standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering . 5–10 years of relevant experience in project controls, planning, or scheduling. Proficient in Primavera P6 , MS Project , and MS Excel -based reporting tools. Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and forecasting techniques. Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
