The role is vital in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of project milestones through robust planning, scheduling, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: Develop, update, and maintain the master project schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Monitor EPCOM Contractor’s progress, productivity, and schedule adherence. Prepare baseline and progress S-curves; report schedule deviations to the Project Manager. Coordinate with Construction, Quantity Surveying, and Contracts teams for cost-schedule integration. Conduct variance and trend analyses; recommend recovery or acceleration strategies. Support KPI tracking, Earned Value Analysis (EVA), and project forecasting. Maintain dashboards, progress charts, and monthly management reports. Ensure project control processes comply with Ardurra and MPW reporting standards.
