Branch Area Head

As a Branch Area Head, you will be responsible for managing all branches of the company, its operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. This role involves developing and implementing strategic collection plans, maintaining compliance with policies, and ensuring the branches meet its collection target.

Key Responsibilities

· Branch Operations:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient workflow within the branch.

· Staff Management:

Train, motivate, and supervise employees to enhance performance and maintain high morale.

· Business Growth:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve targets, and implement effective recovery strategies and drive business growth.

· Customer Service:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

· Financial Management:

Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, prepare reports, and control costs to meet financial goals.

· Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure the branch complies with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations by conducting risk assessments.

· Reporting:

Create and present performance reports, sales metrics, and other relevant data to senior management.

QUALIFICATION

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to strategize and plan ahead.

· Ability to travel Nationwide

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· A bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.

· Collection Experience is advantage.
