Cold Calling Supervisor
to lead our appointment-setting teams in the Philippines.

We aren't just a network; we are a powerhouse. Our teams call into the US market to book high-level appointments for our sales reps to sell elite podcast production services. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to turn a "no" into a "yes," we want you.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing two teams (4 callers each) across a
split shift
. Your job is to ensure every dial counts and every lead is maximized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
    Oversee two teams of 4 cold callers.
  • Daily Coaching:
    Conduct "game-tape" reviews and live coaching sessions for each team.
  • Lead Management:
    Maintain the contact list, manage leads, and ensure rigorous follow-up protocols.
  • Active Presence:
    Spend significant time on Zoom, guiding your team in real-time.

The Schedule (Split Shift)

This role follows US Eastern Standard Time (EST) to align with our target market:

  • Morning Block:
    7:30 AM – 11:30 AM EST
  • Afternoon Block:
    3:30 PM – 7:30 PM EST

Compensation & Performance

We reward excellence and have zero tolerance for mediocrity.

  • Base Salary:
    $500 USD / month
  • Low Performer:
    Fired.
  • Medium Performer:
    $1,500+ (Base + Commission)
  • High Performer:
    $2,000+ (Base + Commission)

  • A seasoned cold caller with proven supervisory experience.
  • Expert at managing CRM lists and lead flow.
  • A leader who leads by example—you aren't afraid to jump on a call to show them how it's done.
  • Possess a "speed-to-lead" mindset.
