About the role

YWA Human Resource Corporation' is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Pioneer Account team in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. With a focus on building strong relationships, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound customer calls and emails, providing accurate information and solutions to customer issues
  2. Deliver a consistently high level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  3. Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  4. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer inquiries
  6. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  3. Adaptability and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Pioneer Account industry
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
