Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have extensive experience running paid advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns to discover new influencers and promote our current roster of influencers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns on social media platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

  • Identify and target potential new influencers for partnership.

  • Create compelling ad copy and visual content to maximize engagement and conversions.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and influencer management teams to align ad strategies with overall goals.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Proven experience running successful paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

  • Strong understanding of targeting and retargeting strategies.

  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging ad content.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in influencer management is a plus.

  • Knowledge of other niche advertising areas and platforms.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools and software.
