Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Modeling & Analysis:
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis (actual vs. budget/prior periods).
  • Analyze financial and operational results to provide insights into performance trends and key business drivers.
  • Prepare and consolidate annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Reporting & Presentation:
  • Generate timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly and quarterly management reporting packages.
  • Create clear, professional presentations summarizing financial findings and recommendations for executive review.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting and analysis processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain and improve the integrity of financial data across various systems.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects:
  • Support senior FP&A staff and executive team with various ad-hoc financial projects and deep-dive analysis as needed

  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling, advanced formulas).
  • Strong aptitude for understanding and working with large datasets.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across departments.
  • Work Ethic:
