Responsibilities:

Ø Coordinating daily restaurant management operations

Ø Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction

Ø Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints

Ø Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.

Ø Organize and supervise shifts.

Ø Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

Ø Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products

Ø Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

Ø Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it

Ø Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses

Ø Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

Ø Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

Ø Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Requirements:

Ø Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role.

Ø Proven customer service experience as a manager

Ø Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff

Ø Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

Ø BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus.

Pay: From Php1,000.00 per day
