The Store Officer oversees the total store operations by ensuring the maximum sales and profitability through customer service, inventory, marketing, sales, managing operating cost, and people development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that the policies and standards are implemented
  • Customer service management
  • Training and development of subordinates
  • Accountable for the store target achievement
  • Manages and controls the store expenses
  • Inventory Management
  • Profitability Facilities and fixed assets management
  • Risk Management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Should have atleast 2 -3 years relevant work experience from retail or food establishments (Quick Service Restaurant/ fast food) handling managerial or supervisory position.
