Hotel Maintenance

The Hotel Maintenance Staff is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the hotel's facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. This includes performing preventive maintenance, addressing guest room and facility repair requests, and maintaining a clean, well-functioning environment throughout the property.

1. General Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems as needed.
• Address maintenance requests promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to guests.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen, laundry, and other hotel equipment in good working order.

2. Guest Room & Facility Upkeep

• Respond to guest complaints or requests regarding maintenance issues quickly and professionally.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure all rooms and common areas are in top condition (lighting, air-conditioning, fixtures, etc.).
• Support housekeeping and front office teams in resolving room-related maintenance concerns.

3. Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout protocols, and maintenance standards.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local building codes and hotel policies.
• Report any hazards, unsafe conditions, or needed repairs to the Engineering Department Head immediately.

4. Preventive Maintenance Program

• Participate in the hotel's preventive maintenance schedule.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs for all repairs and services performed.
• Help identify recurring maintenance issues and suggest long-term solutions.

5. Teamwork & Other Duties

• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop and storage area.
• Assist with special projects, renovations, or emergency repairs as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
