We're seeking a compassionate Nursing Aide to join our pioneering team in Quezon City. In this role, you'll support patient care and clinical operations, assist medical staff, and help ensure smooth clinic flow, all while gaining valuable experience to grow your healthcare career.

What You'll Do:

Patient Reception & Registration:

  • Greet and register patients with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
  • Record vital signs accurately and promptly.

Assisting in Medical Procedures:

  • Help healthcare professionals with routine medical procedures, providing safe and comfortable patient care.

Staff Support & Administrative Assistance:

  • Be an integral part of the team by preparing medical records, reports, and assisting with appointment scheduling.

Inventory Management:

  • Manage inventory and order necessary supplies to keep the clinic running efficiently.

Clinic & Equipment Maintenance:

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.

Telephone & Patient Inquiries:

  • Answer patient calls, determining the nature and urgency, and schedule appointments as needed.

Special Assignments & Ad-Hoc Duties:

  • Take on special assignments and assist with other duties as required by the clinic.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's diploma/degree in Healthcare or Science, or equivalent applicable experience.
  • 2 years of hospital or clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and assist patients, medical supplies, or equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Attention to cleanliness and infection control protocols.
