What you'll be doing

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mixed drinks, and other beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
• Adhere to all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of bar supplies
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new drink recipes and menu items
• Collaborate with the broader hospitality team to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, bartending techniques, and alcohol types and properties
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
