About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Bartender to join the team at Excello Restaurant Management Group in our Pasay City Metro Manila location. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious cocktails to delight our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area
  • Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Adhering to all health, safety and licensing regulations
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Collaborating with the food service team to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training to enhance bartending skills and product knowledge

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
  • Expert knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines and other beverages
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in cash handling and inventory management
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
