Division Head

The Division Head oversees the overall distribution and logistics operations to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of FMCG products. This role focuses on coordinating inventory management, warehousing, trucking, and delivery processes to meet customer and trade partner requirements. The DH also ensures compliance with company policies and quality standards while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily distribution, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with trade partners and internal departments for smooth order fulfillment.
• Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage trucking and delivery schedules to ensure on-time distribution.
• Lead, train, and evaluate operations personnel to achieve performance goals.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (3+ years) in a supervisory/managerial experience in sales or distribution.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.
• Knowledge in sales operations and basic logistics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Computer literate and able to handle reports.
