Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our computer systems and networks. This role involves installing and maintaining hardware and software, responding to technical issues, and providing reliable support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Respond to support requests in person, by phone, or remotely.
  • Set up user accounts and provide access for new team members.
  • Repair or replace equipment as needed.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to provide clear and professional support to end users.
