CTC BPO Inc. is a tailor-made business processing and technical support provider for the broadband and video/TV industry, specializing in hospitality/MDU markets.

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with team members to design, develop, and implement software applications.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Write clean, maintainable code in accordance with best practices.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and debugging applications to improve performance and reliability.
  • Document software solutions and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any computer-related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in web application development using LAMP technology
  • Proficiency in PHP (CodeIgniter, Laravel)
  • Experience with MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Quick to learn new software and technologies
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
