Job Description: The Mid-Level Software Engineer is responsible for independently working on moderately complex features and projects, contributing to the overall architecture, and ensuring code maintainability and performance. In this role, the engineer provides mentorship to junior developers, performs code reviews, and plays an active part in team discussions on system design and technology choices. The Mid-Level Software Engineer collaborates closely with product managers and designers, offering technical insights and ensuring that project requirements are met within timelines.

Responsibilities:Implement and maintain larger, moderately complex features or projects. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decisions on system design and technology choices. Perform code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve the quality of the team's codebase.

Ensure that code is maintainable, scalable, and performant. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to understand and fulfill project requirements. Mentor junior developers, offering guidance on technical challenges and best practices.

Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in one or more programming languagesStrong understanding of software development fundamentals and design patterns. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Experience with debugging, testing, and performance optimization. Ability to break down complex tasks and collaborate to meet project timelines.

Skills:Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Web APIsExperience with Flutter (or equivalent mobile framework)Data and Data Access Layer experience with:SQL Server and T-SQLEntity Framework (or equivalent)Front-End experience with Angular (or equivalent)Working knowledge of GIT and source control repositories
