Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

  2. Licensed Electrical Engineer

  3. 2–5 years experience in cost engineering, estimating, or project control

  4. Knowledge of cost estimating methods

  5. Has background in Substations, Transmission Lines and Renewable Energy

  6. Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)

  7. Understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, and BOQ preparation

  8. Strong communication and negotiation skills (coordination with suppliers, clients, contractors, and project teams)

  9. Attention to detail and accuracy in cost computations

  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

  11. Time management and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare detailed cost estimates of the detailed design of the transmission line/substation project/renewable energy.

  2. Prepare cost estimates during the preparation of the future project.

  3. Check quantity and cost for variations of the works and assist the Team Leader in certifying monthly statements of Engineering works contracts.

  4. Prepare detailed cost estimates including bills of quantities of Engineering works contract packages.

  5. Review and analysis of weekly report and monthly report of Engineering works contracts.

  6. Collect information on work done quantities, material on site.

  7. Review and calculate monthly statements submitted by contractors.

  8. Regular update of overall project cost estimates by completion.

  9. Estimate required quantities and costs of variations for Engineering works contracts.

  10. Prepare yearly budget plan for implementation and necessary financial documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
