PROJECT PLANNING AND EXECUTION:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Oversee the execution of electrical projects, ensuring adherence to established plans and specifications.

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT:

  • Analyze technical drawings and interpret specifications to determine electrical requirements.

  • Utilize CAD software to draft and review electrical designs.

COORDINATION AND COLLABORATION:

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.

  • Coordinate procurement activities, including the selection and acquisition of electrical equipment and materials.

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND COMPLIANCE:

  • Ensure all electrical systems and components comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks and prepare detailed reports on electrical installations and systems.

PROBLEM-SOLVING AND TROUBLESHOOTING:

  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems during design, installation, and operational phases.

  • Implement corrective actions to address any project discrepancies or challenges.

BUDGETING AND COST MANAGEMENT:

  • Prepare project budgets and cost estimates for materials, labor, and other resources.

  • Monitor expenditures and adjust project budgets as necessary to address fluctuations in costs.

  • Evaluate tenders and proposals from contractors and recommend selections based on cost and quality.

COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, vendors, and the public.

  • Facilitate meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and updates with all stakeholders.

  • Prepare technical reports and documentation that communicates findings and recommendations clearly.

HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL OVERSIGHT:

  • Implement health and safety procedures to minimize risks associated with construction activities.

  • Conduct safety audits and ensure all team members are trained in safety protocols. - Promote sustainable practices to minimize environmental impacts of electrical engineering projects.

QUALIFICATION EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Electronics Engineering).
  • LICENSURE: Valid Professional License/Registration as an Electrical Engineer in the Philippines.
  • CERITIFICATION (OPTIONAL BUT ADVANTAGEOUS): Additional certifications (e.g., in PLC programming, renewable energy systems, or safety standards) can be advantageous.
  • SKILLS: Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, MATLAB, or PSpice).
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, circuit design, and power distribution. Knowledge of industry standards and codes (e.g., NEC, IEC, IEEE).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • EXPERIENCE: Hands-on experience with electrical system design, installation, testing, and maintenance. Familiarity with construction documents, schematics, and project coordination.
  • Willing to report onsite at 4PH Project in AVV Cavite and ATR Mandaluyong
