Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Field Evaluation Manager.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities? - Leads and consolidates the process of obtaining the NPD, promo and merchandising results nationwide. - Facilitates the process of ensuring an objective evaluation and assessment of activities through providers/distributor partners. - Regularly monitors and develops recommendations to the team on improving Execution Ratings. - Responsible for providing on time and accurate reports. What are the Qualifications? - At least 3 years' experience in field sales both in NKAG and GT. - Strong in processing huge amounts of data (MS Excel). - Strong in extracting findings, insights and recommendations from the data processed. - Advantage if with people management experience.
