About the role

CCER Mega Food Ventures is seeking an ambitious and driven Manager Trainee to join our team in our Tuguegarao City Cagayan location. This is a full-time position that will provide you with the opportunity to develop essential leadership and management skills within a fast-paced retail environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Undergo comprehensive training to gain an in-depth understanding of our business operations and management practices
  • Collaborate with the store manager to implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Contribute to the development and execution of operational plans to enhance efficiency and customer experience
  • Identify and act on opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Participate in team meetings and provide valuable insights to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess a diploma degree in any field of a 4 year-course
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to professional development
  • Ability to work well in a team and lead by example
  • Must have a good command of the English language both spoken and written.
  • Must be prepared to work on rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
