About the role

Aurum' is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter to join our vibrant team at our restaurant located in Katipunan, Quezon City. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. This is a full-time role within our thriving Hospitality & Tourism business.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming customers, and guiding them to their tables
  • Taking orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen team
  • Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organised dining area throughout your shift
  • Addressing any customer queries or concerns in a friendly and helpful way
  • Assisting with side duties such as restocking, sidework and supporting the team as needed

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 year of experience working as a Waiter or in a similar customer service role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple customers and requests simultaneously
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, flexible and team-oriented attitude
