We are seeking a dedicated and personable Server Waiter to join our team at SUSHI SHOKUNIM. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. As a Server Waiter, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. - Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies). - Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system or order pads. - Communicate order details to the kitchen staff as needed. - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. - Check guests' identification to ensure they meet the minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. - Upsell additional products when appropriate (e.g., specials, desserts, beverages). - Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from management when necessary. - Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses. - Clean and reset tables after guests leave, ensuring the dining area is tidy and presentable. - Process payments using cash registers, credit card machines, or other
