Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Application Developer to design, build, and configure applications that meet business and technical requirements. In this role, you will work closely with team members to understand project objectives, develop effective solutions, and ensure that all applications are reliable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently and develop expertise to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Actively engage in team discussions and contribute to resolving technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Translate business needs into well-structured technical designs and implementations.
  • Perform comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation covering design, development, and functionality.
  • Keep up to date with emerging technologies and development trends to drive continuous improvement.

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Experience with web frameworks and related technologies.
  • Working knowledge of database systems and SQL.
  • Proficient in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
