Job Description:

Access Management SQL server administration access.

● Salesforce ticketing tool for service and incident requests management. Supported 20,000+ end

users in managing user accounts on Active Directory (Creation, Deletion, Permissions, Security

groups and VPN Access). Created and maintained email addresses and distribution lists in

Google's Admin Console.

● Performing RBA review to restrict system access to authorized users. Review and coordinate to

project team for problems/issue encountered. Prepares and submit recommendations for

enhancement of new process and work flow per system.

● Utilized Remedy Ticket System for incident management and providing resolution based on

agreed targets.

● System Access Test/User Access Test for new projects.

● CRM Webtool functional expert, system support, and access administrator. CyberArk-PAM

(Privilege Access Management) password retrieval, reconciliation, enrolment, etc.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Engineering or a related

    field.

    ● 1-2 years of work experience in information security, in an information risk analysis, preferred.

    ● 1-2 years of experience with information security management frameworks

    ● Ability to identify and assess the severity and potential impact of information security risks.

    ● Has good judgment and a sense of urgency, and has demonstrated commitment to high

    standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, customer service and business integrity.
