Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • With at least 3 solid years of working experience in end to end recruitment preferably within the BPO industry
  • With at least 3 years of sourcing and selection background for corporate and leadership roles
  • Adept with efficient sourcing and recruitment practices, processes, and has end to end hiring experience
  • With good communication skills, can deal with stakeholders, and can collaborate with different departments
  • Candidates who can start ASAP will be prioritized
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne - Quezon City.
