Job Title: Sales Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to provide support to our sales team and ensure efficient handling of customer transactions and sales activities. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting clients, preparing documents, and coordinating with different departments to achieve smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by providing product information and addressing inquiries.
  • Support the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, warehouse, and accounting for order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of sales transactions and client information.
  • Help in tracking sales performance and preparing sales reports.
  • Provide administrative support in organizing sales presentations, meetings, and marketing activities.
  • Handle follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Assist in managing stock levels, product displays, and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales support, retail, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Willing to work on-site and start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,127.00 per month
