Job Description:We're looking for a Junior ServiceNow Developer to join our Information System team at MBPS. In this role, you will work on implementation of features in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, Custom Applications, and Service Portal. In addition, developer role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance our organization's operational efficiency and user experience.

Knowledge on Configuration Management (CMDB)Collaborate with Business Analyst and Service Delivery Platform team to configure ServiceNow for Business-as-Usual updates and release updates for ITSM, Portal/Catalog.Evaluate the information within stories to understand the requirements to perform development/configuration. Perform standard system level testing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Qualifications:Bachelors' degree preferably IT related course

Must have 3-5 years of experience a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others. Prefer Completion of ServiceNow Admin, ITIL Foundation CertificationAmenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)Let's make every day better together.
