Job Summary

The Salesforce Developer designs, develops, and maintains customized Salesforce solutions to streamline operations and enhance business efficiency. This role collaborates with stakeholders to ensure effective integrations, automation, and CRM system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce components (Apex, LWC, Flows, Process Builder).
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and manage API configurations.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and ensure system stability.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, timely updates, and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
  • Salesforce Administrator or App Builder (a plus)
