PPIC SUPERVISOR

A Production Control Supervisor manages production schedules, resources, and staff to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing. Key responsibilities include developing production plans, monitoring workflow and inventory, coordinating between departments, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and analyzing data to improve processes. This role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Scheduling:Create and maintain production schedules to meet deadlines and customer demands.
• Staff Supervision:Recruit, train, coach, and manage production staff, ensuring performance and adherence to company policies.
• Resource Management:Oversee the allocation and control of materials, equipment, and other resources to optimize productivity.
• Quality Assurance:Monitor production processes and finished products to ensure they meet desired quality standards.
• Inventory Control:Track inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, initiating orders as needed.
• Process Improvement:Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to improve workflow and reduce waste.
• Equipment Maintenance:Ensure equipment is in good working condition and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Safety & Compliance:Enforce safety protocols and ensure the team complies with safety and quality regulations.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination:Work with other departments (e.g., supply chain, quality control) to resolve issues and coordinate activities.
• Reporting:Prepare reports on production performance and operational updates for management.

NOTE> WITH EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING PRODUCTION CONNECTED IN MANUFACTURING SETTINGS AT LEAST 6 YEARS AND ABOOVE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
