  • Ensure compliance with Pharmaceutical GMP in all manufacturing and QC operations.
  • Oversee testing and release of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished products.
  • Timely inform interfacing departments on the changes in facility, materials & finished products
  • Maintain and review quality documents (BMRs, SOPs, CAPAs, deviations, etc.).
  • Implement and monitor HACCP plans for applicable dosage forms.
  • Ensure compliance with Halal requirements, including raw material traceability and segregation.
  • Handles product complaint and product recall, deviations, OOS and CAPA.

· Coordinate with other department if there's any discrepancies in cGMP compliance to perform root cause analysis, assist in the initiation and investigation of deviations and the development of CAPA to correct issues.

· Handles internal and external audits (GMP, Halal, regulatory).

  • Lead and train QA/QC staff in GMP, Halal, HACCP, and hygiene practices.

· Identifies opportunities for improvement to product process and systems relating to production and QA/QC activities.

· Conduct annual product quality review in coordination with the management.

· Shall submit weekly status report

  • Perform other-related duties as maybe assigned by the Management.
