JOB DESCRIPTION


• Manage sales and inventory of batteries. Recommends improvements on current sales strategies and concepts.


• Develop a plan for an efficient and effective battery distribution system prioritizing the battery technical service program intended for fleet and corporate accounts.


• Develop a plan after the sales report.


• Assist in building a strong company image, manage and maintain good customer and trade relations by visitations, and prompt and proper handling and resolution of customer concerns.


• Ensures that the policies pertaining to credit and collection, pricing, accounts receivable, inter-company transactions, and other related policies are strictly enforced and adhered to.


• Coordinate with CF on matters pertaining to sales collections and accounts monitoring such as good and bad standing accounts, overdue accounts and price adjustments, returned parts items, and other related matters.


• Assist in the design of an information system for efficient management, monitoring, and control of battery unit operation.


• Actively participate and assist Parts Group in designing effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve battery unit's sales targets, desired profits, and ideal market share targets.


• Develop and implement marketing strategies and be able to turn FB into a dominant Philippines brand.


• Gather market data via research and customer feedback.


• Manage battery online presence, and its communications by ensuring consistent branding.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any automotive, mechanical engineering or business courses.
  • With a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales-related functions gained from the battery or automotive industry and experience in handling marketing-related tasks.
  • With outstanding leadership skills, strong strategic thinking, effective oral/ written presentation skills, analytical, good business sense, innovative, customer service oriented, problem-solving skills, and organized.
