Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial screening and interviews of applicants
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interviews and candidate feedback
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Ensure candidates meet job qualifications and hiring criteria
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and deadlines

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (local recruitment experience is accepted)
  • Experience in recruiting US candidates is a strong plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have prior experience conducting interviews
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC on a night shift schedule
  • Must be an immediate joiner (available to start Aug 18–22)

  • Payslip or any proof of compensation from current/previous employer
