Position Title: Program Management Officer, Program Delivery
 

Job Summary:

A Program Management Officer (PMO) may be assigned either in PDD (Program Delivery Department) or PCD (Program Control Department). In PCD, a PMO is expected to provide centralized monitoring and control of schedule, scope, resources, costs, changes, risks and quality in the assigned IT/Non-IT request Portfolios. A PMO shall also handle secretariat functions for IT Governance (ITGC), IT Steering (ITSC) and Product Governance (PGCOM) committees of the bank.

Role Exposure:

  • Acquire a deeper understanding of how Project Management, IT Governance and IT Requests contribute to achieving the objectives of the Bank
  • Get trained under the mentorship of respected experts and be exposed to various areas of the Bank
  • Experience a challenging and rewarding career in Program Management

Qualifications:

  • Heavily exposed to IT or Banking concepts, Program/Project Management and IT project lifecycle
  • Excellent communication (verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results
