Today, AXA has more than 4,000 financial advisers in 36 branches, and 700 financial executives in over 900 Metrobank and PSBank branches nationwide. Charter Ping An, on the other hand, has 22 branches nationwide and 2,007 agents.
AXA Philippines is a joint venture between the AXA Group, headquartered in France, and the Metrobank Group, one of the largest financial conglomerates in the Philippines.
The Metrobank Group is a conglomerate of industry-leading businesses that includes First Metro Investment Corporation, Metrobank Credit Cards, Federal Land, Toyota, and Manila Doctors Hospital. The Leader Development Manager reports to the Program Development and Management director.
He or she is tasked to spearhead implementation of leader development programs of Agency Managers. These includes the following:
Axa Prime development programs for Managers and Advisors
Unit Heads Assemblies
Branch Head Assemblies
Kick off events.
Participation in Industry events and learning sessions.
The Leader Development Manager is also tasked to create development programs that will support the growth of the business of our distributors. Identify learning opportunities that we can use to continuously upgrade the skills of the Agency leader. He/She is tasked to identify possible strategic partnerships with internal and external providers that can help Retail Distribution and the Agency leader achieve the strategic goals of the company.
The Leader Development Manager can also be tapped to do Ad Hoc tasks to help the Program Development and Management team, the Chief Retail Strategy and Enablement Office, and the Agency Retail Distribution team.
This person will have a Job Grade of 11 and will be reporting directly to the Program Development and Management Director.
