Knockdown Group, mainly our events-management agency, Knockdown Events Productions, is on the lookout for full-time Event Production Assistant

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Production Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality experiences for attendees. This role is pivotal in supporting our event production team to deliver successful events that align with our company's goals and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of event plans and timelines
  • Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and other external parties to ensure all event requirements are met
  • Support on-site event ingress, execution, and egress, including managing logistics and troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining event documentation, processing invoices, and managing inventories
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to determine success and areas for improvement
  • Provide general support to the event production team as needed

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Familiarity with audio-visual equipment and production processes

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem-solving and critical thinking

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in event planning or production is highly desirable
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules

FYI:

Even though you'll have a monthly salary, we still offer compensation to our Production Staff on each event/project they will be working on
