Purchasing Staff

Full Chance Philippines Inc. is looking for a Purchasing Staff member to manage the procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment for all departments. You'll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly by meeting the purchasing needs across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle purchase requests from all departments, including production, administration, and maintenance.
• Source suppliers and negotiate the best prices and delivery terms.
• Manage and track orders to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain an efficient supply of resources.
• Keep accurate records of all purchase orders and deliveries.
• Ensure that purchased goods and services meet quality standards and budget requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of inventory management.
