About the Role:

This internship is focused on documentation processing, including the processes for: packaging, machine operation, brewing activities, and cleaning/sanitation processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for students with technical course or science background who are passionate about brewing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a craft brewery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in documenting and maintaining records for packaging, machine operations, brewing processes, and cleaning/sanitation activities.
  • Support the Operations team in creating, organizing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and production logs.
  • Ensure all records and documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Monitor compliance with documentation standards and report discrepancies or missing records.
  • Help track and maintain production, quality, and sanitation records for internal review and audits.
  • Assist in compiling data and preparing reports for process analysis and operational improvement.
  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for all operational documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure proper documentation of new processes or updates to existing procedures.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc documentation tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Current student of any technical course and related science fields (Food Tech, Mechanical, and Chemical Engineering).
  • Strong interest in production processes, quality systems, and operational documentation.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent observation and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to follow standard procedures and maintain accuracy under supervision.
  • Team player with good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a production or lab environment, following safety and hygiene guidelines.

Learning Opportunities:

  • Hands-on experience in documentation and operational processes in a production environment.
  • Exposure to SOPs, quality records, and regulatory compliance requirements.
