About the Role

We have partnered with a leading Australian company specializing in a full range of fire services, including design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and testing of fire protection systems. Established in 2008,They are committed to Australian Standards, offering innovative and flexible fire protection solutions. They provide 24/7 emergency assistance and are fully licensed to test, install, maintain, and certify a wide range of fire systems. As a HSEQ Coordinator/Safety & Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for collecting client data, ensuring quality, and supporting data-related requests or reporting needs.

What youll be working on:

  • Managing and maintaining technician compliance profiles and induction records.
  • Keeping records of inductions, accreditations, and training updates within internal systems.
  • Coordinating the distribution and tracking of internal induction processes.
  • Supporting the maintenance of subcontractor prequalification records.
  • Managing the HSEQ inbox handling both internal and external compliance and document requests.
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and updating HSEQ documentation, ensuring version control and tracking review
  • schedules.
  • Responding to document requests, including SWMS, work authorizations, and compliance forms.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure timely access to and distribution of required compliance
  • documents.
