Full-Stack Developer (Python + React)

Role Type: Mid–Senior Full-Stack Developer

Tech Stack: Python (Backend), React (Frontend), Linux, Docker

Reports To: Technology Lead / Operations Lead


Role Overview

We are hiring two experienced full-stack developers who can take loosely defined business objectives, ask the right questions, and independently deliver clean, production-ready solutions. You should be confident working with ambiguity, strong in problem solving, and capable of delivering end-to-end outcomes across integration, automation, and application development.


Example Projects You'll Work On
  • Online signup and customer onboarding systems
  • Service provisioning automation with an internal admin dashboard
  • Lead routing, SMS/email workflows, and customer-nurturing journeys
  • Customer Portal redevelopment (billing, service tools, authentication)
  • Customer mobile app redevelopment (iOS & Android)
  • End-to-end workflow automation using APIs, scraping, and integrations
  • Code repository management, CI/CD pipelines, Dockerised deployments

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver project-based work from requirements through to production
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business needs and define technical requirements
  • Design, build, and test backend APIs, integrations, and automations (Python)
  • Develop front-end components and applications using React (JS/TS)
  • Implement UI designs into functional, user-friendly interfaces
  • Work with other developers and internal teams on multi-discipline projects
  • Collaborate with the DBA on data models, pipelines, and efficient SQL usage
  • Deploy and maintain applications in a Linux + Docker (on-prem) environment
  • Use GitHub and standard version control practices

Required Technical Skills

Backend

  • Strong experience consuming and integrating third-party APIs
  • HTTP web-scraping using BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, or Playwright
  • Automation workflows using APIs + scraping logic
  • SQL proficiency (Postgres, MariaDB, or MySQL)
  • Linux fundamentals (bash, cron, SSH, CLI)
  • Docker (Dockerfiles, image creation, container deployment)

Frontend

  • Strong React development (JavaScript + TypeScript)
  • Solid HTML/CSS experience for implementing UI designs

Core Knowledge

  • OAuth and general authentication flows
  • SQL basics: aggregates, CTEs, window functions
  • Comfort with Linux/Docker-based development and deployment environments

Nice to Have (Not Required)
  • Experience with Entra OAuth
  • Power Platform Component Framework (PCF)
  • Webserver configuration (Apache, Nginx)
  • Linux sysadmin experience
  • Networking/security basics (OWASP Top-10, firewalls, CDNs like Cloudflare/Fastly)
  • Graphic design or UI polishing skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or BC
