QUALIFICATIONS:

·       SHS graduate with 1 year solid BPO experience (international voice account)

· nd yr college with 6 months customer service related work experience

·       College graduate with or without work experience

·       Have good communication skills

·       Can work onsite with shifting schedule

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Assist with billing-related inquiries and issues

·       Addressing questions about insurance claims and payment options

·       P1,000 to P5,000 premium allowance
