Working Arrangement: Full Onsite

Schedule: Dayshift: 6am - 3pm

Location: Uptown, Taguig

Purpose: The primary purpose of Payroll Processing is to execute pay on time and accurately each pay run for both in-house and outsourced teams, with the correct deductions and necessary withholdings, including maintaining the employees' hours and payments, calculating commissions and bonuses, and print payroll reports for the master budget and expense budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and executing the highly critical/priority and complex transactions/activities, including but not limited to the following:
  • Produce and Distribute Pay to employees' bank accounts
  • Conduct Audit Activities
  • Produce General Ledger Feed
  • Payroll Reporting
  • Distribute vendor / government data as required
  • Post Payrun activities
  • Calculate Gross to Net
  • Acts as 1st level of escalation for the CL 12 in terms of misses in SL or challenges with Operations in executing real time action plans.
  • Responsible to conduct QA checks for the C12s

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a college graduate in Accounting, Human Resources or other related courses
  • At least 1-2 years of experience with Payroll
  • Experience with Payroll Reporting, distribution of payroll, audit activities, general ledger, government data, gross to net calculations.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
