The Payroll Senior Analyst ensures that payroll is processed accurately and on time for both in-house and outsourced teams. This includes applying the correct deductions and withholdings, maintaining employee records, calculating commissions and bonuses, and generating payroll reports that support the master budget and expense budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Junior Team Lead and In-house Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Serve as backup to the In-house Payroll Team Lead.
  • Build capabilities through cross-training on payroll processing activities to act as a backup during peak periods or when team members are unavailable.
  • Act as the first level of escalation for CL 11–12 related matters.
  • Collaborate with other leads to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and execute highly critical, priority, and complex payroll transactions/activities.
Scope of Responsibilities:
  • Produce and distribute employee pay to bank accounts.
  • Conduct payroll-related audit activities.
  • Generate and distribute General Ledger (GL) feeds.
  • Prepare payroll reports.
  • Distribute vendor and government data as required.
  • Perform post-payrun activities.
  • Calculate Gross-to-Net payroll.
Work Details:
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week (with 2–3 hours overtime expected during payrun).
  • Shift Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Work Setup: Return to Office (RTO)
  • Location: Taguig, BGC – UT3
