General Ledger and Financial Reporting:

  • Recording and posting transactions in SAP Business One.
  • Reconciling bank statements and other accounts.
  • Preparing financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Processing invoices and payments, Managing accounts payable and receivable, and Assisting with billing and collection activities.

Tax and Compliance:

Preparing and filing tax returns, Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and Assisting with tax audits and inquiries. Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Contributing to the development of budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Providing financial analysis to support decision-making.

Other Responsibilities:

Performing internal audits, Identifying and recommending cost-saving opportunities, Assisting with special projects and requests from management, and Maintaining confidentiality of financial information. Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
