About the role

LTS Luminex Corporation is seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer Trainor to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for training and mentoring our PPF installation team to ensure they deliver high-quality service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide hands-on training and guidance to PPF installation technicians on proper techniques and best practices
  • Oversee the installation process to ensure quality control and adherence to company standards
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and provide solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities and technician performance
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for process improvement
  • Assist with the installation of PPF on customer vehicles as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a PPF installer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work
  • Extensive knowledge of PPF products, installation techniques, and industry best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor team members
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
