We are looking for a highly driven ECE Engineer to join our growing technical operations team. This role will support the deployment, installation, testing, and maintenance of critical infrastructure projects—including EV charging stations, electrical systems, CCTV networks, structured cabling, and IoT devices.

You will work across multiple project sites, ensuring all installations meet engineering standards, safety protocols, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical site surveys, power assessments, and layout planning.
  • Install, configure, and test EV chargers, electrical systems, CCTV, IoT devices, and communications equipment.
  • Prepare engineering drawings, as-built documents, and technical reports.
  • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective maintenance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients regarding project requirements.
  • Ensure all installations comply with electrical codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and material preparation.
  • Support commissioning activities: load testing, calibration, verification, and documentation.
  • Maintain project inventory, tools, and testing equipment.

Qualifications

  • Licensed or Graduate of Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE).
  • Preferably with experience in electrical, electronics, EV charging, CCTV, structured cabling, fiber optics or related fields.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Familiar with multimeters, clamp meters, OTDR, network testers, and related tools.
  • Able to read electrical plans, single-line diagrams, and wiring schematics.
  • Willing to do fieldwork (Northern/Central Luzon travel).
  • Highly analytical, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Fast learner, dependable, and team-oriented.
