About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead one of our retail branches under a well-established international lifestyle brand. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer experience, skilled in retail operations, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily store operations to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Train, coach, and motivate store staff to achieve sales goals and maintain service standards.
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory, and store profitability.
  • Ensure store visuals and merchandising reflect brand standards.
  • Coordinate with the head office for promotions, events, and stock management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback in a professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail or customer service, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated, career-driven, and passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Willing to work on a shift schedule (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM) and extended hours during holidays or special events.
