Qualifications & experience

  • Knows how to use basic computer programs like word, excel, and presentation
  • Experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on estimating or cost analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of cost estimation practices.
  • Knowledge on CAD software for significantly enhance the accuracy and efficiency of cost estimation processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Review Project Plans and Specifications
  • Project Analysis (Blueprints & Specifications)
  • Cost Estimation
  • Quantity Takeoff
  • Maintaining up-to-date cost records
  • Assist in the design, evaluation, and implementation of mechanical systems while supporting project costing and quotation preparation.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing technical es􀆟mates, analysing project requirements, assisting with drawings and specifications, conducting site inspections, and coordinating with project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with engineering standards.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they have knowledge or experience in costing or quotation and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
