Who are we looking for:

As a Treasury Assistant, you are expected to assists in managing the organization's cash flow, and financial assets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

• Ensures that all collections, either cash or check, are deposited to maintain cash positions.
• Prepares daily cash position report.
• Validates payment deposited and reconciles with credit and collection records.
• Assist and support treasury staff in physical cash counting activities.
• Petty cash handling
• Accomplish administrative task such filing of OR slip and AP vouchers/check

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Accounting Management, Financial Management, or in a related field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 6 months or 1 year of working experience in accounting and treasury is preferred.
• Billing experience is an advantage
• Systematic and keen to details
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Willing to be assigned in: CALAMBA, LAGUNA
