Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting internal audits across departments in accordance with the approved audit plan.
  • Support the Audit Supervisor in gathering and analyzing audit evidence and preparing working papers.
  • Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Identify risks and control gaps and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Conduct follow-up audits to ensure timely and effective implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Perform data verification, reconciliations, and audit testing as required.
  • Maintain and organize audit documentation in accordance with professional standards.
  • Participate in audit planning and risk assessment activities as needed.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Audit Supervisor or Audit Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong logical thinking and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Positive work attitude with the ability to promptly escalate concerns to superiors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
