Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead housekeeping staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Oversee cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of offices, show units, clubhouses, and project sites.
  • Ensure readiness of spaces for client visits, inspections, and events.
  • Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Assist with light gardening, minor repairs, and general property upkeep.
  • Report site conditions, hazards, and operational concerns to the Admin Supervisor.
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and service excellence at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in housekeeping, facility management, or similar roles (project sites/showrooms preferred).
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
